Hi Raymond,
I have just seen your NEW CAFE "WRAPIDO TOO" and I am impressed by what you have done. You have achieved a lot already. Have you designed all those places that you mention , or were you part of a consortium. ?
Anyway CONGRATULATIONS !!
Cheers,
Sandy

"Skymissile,
I like your idea of eternal flames in the WORLD MEMORIAL SQUARE.
The eternal flame can be incorporated into two of the footprints,
square memorial walls along side with the signature of the blade
stonewalls of each the innocent victims.
I may further develop perspective sketches, close-up studies of
the interior architecture of the world memorial footprints
incorporated with the eternal flames and water landscape in due
course. It will be in my web site WWW.CHAI.TV soon. - Raymond Chai")
Reply Re: CHAI VISION : GATEWAY LANTERN CONCEPT
Cool, Chai! I like the idea of the eternal flames in the WTC
footprints. One could also be placed atop the roof of one of the
new buildings, too. Feel free to post the sketches at this board.
As I said before this idea easily beats out those realitively junky
ones recently proposed.

( Response to Skymissile:
"Hello Skymissile,
Thank you for your comment. I think the concept of 300 storey height
towers will not be built, but it can be adjusted to whatever the
height required ie 120 storey etc. without affecting the lower level
design of the World Memorial Square. The idea of ground zero World
Memorial Square IS STILL MAINTAINED whatever the height of the towers
being recommended by the government authorities. I think the scale
and design of the Square does provide human life and soul in the
precinct." - Raymond Chai )
Reply RE: CHAI VISION : GATEWAY LANTERN CONCEPT
Not only that, this concept is ideal for the memorial itself.
Perhaps some type of eternal flame (which someone else at this
board has already proposed) could be incorporated somewhere into
the design. BTW, I think 130 floors would be ideal for designing
a new WTB @ ground zero.

Reply Re: CHAI VISION : GATEWAY LANTERN CONCEPT
Chai, welcome to the WAC. Your concept is well thought out.
I think it is better than most of the seven concepts recently proposed.
The only concept I really like is Think's three building concept.
Anyway, I doubt 300 story buildings will get built. Even at half
height, though, your concept would work well at ground zero. Great stuff!

That will be very amaxing and beautiful if built. But I don't think it has much hope. Maybe another city. It's cool, and worth the budget when the technology comes around.
Lose your dreams, and you may lose your mind.

Hello,
I've visited your site (www.chai.tv) and I liked it a lot. I've decided to add it to our link page at http://www.Agora-Gallery.com/frameset_links.html. Your listing will be in the Diverse Mediums section. It'll be up within the next few hours.
I was wondering if you'd like to trade links and become link partners.
Our Link Partners receive preferential treatment with a listing at the TOP of each Theme page and as a result they receive numerous visits, well above the regular listings.
If you're interested, http://www.Agora-Gallery.com/frameset_HowToLink.html has all the info on how to easily link back to us.
I'd appreciate it if you would review your listing. I've used the descriptions, titles and meta tags listed on your site, but it would be nice to have your input.
Please send me an email if you'd like to make any changes to the category or description.
Thanks!

I recently visited and enjoyed your www.chai.tv website. I noticed that you have a links page. Since reciprocal links increase your website's traffic we would both benefit from a Reciprocal Themed Link exchange. If you're interested please use the links below to view your link and add mine to your website.
